You know what I hate about updates? I have to continually check what day I got up to in my last update. Even when I posted it. Sure, it may have only been 4 days ago, but it feels a lot longer than that. Maybe I should just have set days where I update things. I think that’d get too hard though, because what would happen if everything happened in a couple of days? The posts would be huge (bigger than what they are now!) Ah well, I’ve got more interesting things to talk about in this chapter of the Days of our Lives. Actually, that sounds pretty corny.
Friday night was the biggest waste of a night yet! I was so bored, which I suppose should have been a good thing considering I should have been able to get some kind of good sleep before I had to go to work the next day. Eventually, I didn’t end up going to bed early. It sucked ass. Well, midnight is kind of early, but it’s still fairly late. Even with the amount of sleep that I did have, I was a couple of minutes late to work, and I still had no energy that day. It sucked major ass. What the fuck is up with that? Maybe I just don’t want to be there anymore. I need a new job, that’s it. I was kind of over work. Oh, I did accomplish something friday night though. The other day I was discussing it with my fellow peers what to buy: a new sound system for my car, or a tablet for my computer. It was an overwhelming response to a stereo system in my car. I suppose I was going to do that anyway, I mean, the computer things can wait for another payday or two. Considering Daryl and Craig have lost their license, my car is the next choice in line. Other than Nick’s beast, but I highly doubt that. So I think it’ll be good that I go and buy a stereo system. I went and ebayed a couple of things and thought I’d check out what they are like in real life before I buy them. I ended up out at Wow with Nick friday night and had a quick look out there and kind of decided then and there that I was going to be buying things.
Meanwhile, I slept on it and decided (subconsciously) that I was going to be buying some stereo parts in my lunch break at work. So after 45 minutes, I ended up getting back to casuarina with $635 (I made a deal down from ~$700, plus a sale) sitting in my boot. Yay! I was on my way to having tunes in my car. Huzzah! Now I’m going to have to install it. I think I ended up asking Boyd whether he could install it for me on sunday. It wasn’t until sunday when I went outside around lunch time that I realised that it was going to be harder than I expected. Ah fuck it. That’s ended up being a week long adventure, but it’s going to be finished tomorrow afternoon (I hope). I’m having some fun with it though. I mean, I was working on installing the back speakers all day monday (because I had no idea what the fuck I was doing), but I was still having fun. Now all that I’ve got left to do is install my head unit and run some wire through my car, and I’ll be all set for driving around with music! Yay!
Saturday was rather interesting, I must say. A couple of things happened then. I’ll mention it all! I wandered around to Nick’s place and met up with Daryl and Nick. I wasn’t too sure what we were doing that night though, but we had to do something considering we didn’t do anything the night before AND it was a saturday night. We sat around Nick’s place for a little bit when we went to go and get Craig. Eventually we ended up going around to Jono’s place and sitting around there chatting for an hour or so when we were starting to get bored. I mean, I wasn’t drinking, but I was just bored. What was decided though, but there was apparently some party over in Anula. It didn’t hit me until Nick said the address, but it was the party that some random guy come up and told us about at that other random party at Karama. Haha! Before though, we diverted our ways over to the airport where we ended up seeing Kirsty, Hayley and Talyea. We all trundle over to the party over in Anula where it was dead. I mean, not so much as dead, but dead. We had driven past there before we went to the airport, but it was still dead. Not only that, but there were bikes sitting in the driveway. What a good sign. This party must be full of people over the age of 15 and no older than 16. Brilliant. Nick was set on going over there, I was just wanting to see who was there, and everyone else followed.
Thinking back on that saturday, it was a really busy day. I mean, remember that bush rave that I mentioned, or was mentioned in the comments a while back? Well, we had the brother of the DJ playing there post a comment on my site (how neat is that?) and gave details of the raver out near Howard Springs. I would have liked to have gone though, it was the destination after that party, but I honestly don’t know what happened. I still think it’s cool that Pete (the brother) took time and posted some information for us lot to read. Well, after we all got sick of the party (I just felt too old there, seriously. I had a couple of girls come up and start chatting to me, and when they started talking about how hard year 10 was, I knew I had to leave) We all ended up migrated to Martin’s place and sat around there for a little bit. It was then that most of us decided that we were going to town. I was ready for town though, I had my clothes in my car, it’s a shame we still had to go back and pick up Kate and get Nick some jeans. Ah well.
Town was pretty good, I mean, there were a fair few hot chicks out. It was packed in Discovery though. Shit loads of people. I’ve got no idea why either. I think I broke a couple of people’s toes that night. Thank god they weren’t black, and angry. Sian was out with us aswell, seeing as she was leaving the next day. We ended up getting into Discovery around 1, and it was impossible to move in there. It was good though, I’m glad I went out. Saw Jackson and Jodie in there too. Jackson wasn’t completely there, and Jodie was sober for the night. It did look like he was having fun though. I’m just trying to think who else I saw that night.. I can’t think of anyone else. Ah well. I was quite surprised how much fun I was having though, it may have been attributed to the lemonade and red cordial I was drinking though. I ended up asking for a glass of my beverage, and Natalie gave it to me in one of those big illusion cups. Yeah, the ones you have to pay $25 for. Sweet! This wasn’t leaving my grasp. So I ended up just going back for refills whenever I was low. Leaving town was quite a chore though. At first I thought there were only going to be something like 4 people in my car (including myself), what ended up happening was about 9 people looking for a lift. Ah fuck. I ended up making two trips, and the second trip having about 5 people in the back seat, and Clinton in the boot. This was all while there was a car crash on the road that I needed to be on.
After dropping most people off back at Martin’s place to get Tyson’s car, we drove on into Michael’s brothers’ place where I picked up Hayley and we drove on to Xavier’s place and sat out there for maybe 15 minutes. By then, mind you, it was probably around 6 in the morning, and Nick was suppose to be at work (which he bypassed) and Daryl was set to be at work by 9. Myself on the other hand had to be up to realise my car needed more than 2 hours of work on it. Ah well. All in all it was a productive saturday. Sunday was rather unproductive though. I wasn’t too fused about that. I was quite content in sitting at home sleeping. Well, I should have updated my site, but I just didn’t get around to doing it.
Monday was Craig’s birthday, and the day that I started to install my stereo into my car. I think I started around lunch time, or at least a little after lunch time, and didn’t finish until around 6. Because we were going to Tracy Village for Craig’s birthday, I had organized the night off from work. At least, I thought I did. I’ll get back to that. Ended up going down to Tracy Village around 8 and we all had fun there for a while. It was the whole crew there celebrating his birthday. It was good. I can’t remember what time we decided to head off to the casino, but by then, Craig was well intoxicated. It was quite funny. We ended up going to the casino and spending a fair amount of time there, it wasn’t until around 1 that things started to get interesting. By the Kate had turned up and was walking around with Terry. I was kind of just jumping in between Cheryl and Clinton and Craig and Nick (Brown). Well, somehow Craig got a camera (I think it was Tanae’s) and he took a couple of pictures. Next thing I know, there is a security guard taking the camera and deleting the pictures. Fast forward another 5 minutes, and Craig was kicked out because he had tripped up going to the tiolets. Haha. Well, I think I had enough, and as did Nick. Because he was unable to stand. Let alone keep his eyes open. Somehow, I ended up walking him out because Clinton and Cheryl had gone off and gambled Nick’s money (because he had asked). Well, while outside, he was sitting there vomiting something chronic, all while blaming his vomiting on the winger in the NSW rugby team. Eventually, Clinton and myself ended up dragging his sorry ass across the grass there. However, we only ended up getting half way before he wanted to do cart wheels. Cart wheels. What the fuck! He could barely stand up straight, he had vomit all over his shirt (therefore on Clinton’s shirt) and he wanted to spin around. God, we had to get him to Clinton’s car quickly. So while he was lying on the ground, I said to him “You better get up now man, the police are here to take you away. MAN RUN!” It was like an instinct of certain people, but he managed to get up and run and not fall over to the car. Albeit he was swaying and swerving, he still made it there by himself.
While all this was happening, somewhere off in the distance, Terry was apparently having a domestice with Kate, with Craig there aswell. I won’t get into that much. Anyway, after the casino, we head off to cas beach and sit around there for a good two and a bit hours. Again, it was yet another good night. I’m looking forward to this weekend though. Not only the weekend though, but also this thursday. I’ve got tickets to the ministry of sound thing, so I plan on going to that. That, and this saturday is cracker night! Woo! I think the plan is to head down to the beach and attempt to kill everyone with explosive things. Should be good.
Well, I neglected to messaged Tanae on her birthday, and say happy birthday to Craig over the internet, so I’ll kill two stones with one bird here. Happy Birthday Tanae (for friday, she is now 16!) and Happy Birthday Craig (for monday, he’s now 20).
Check out the latest gallery image set, and read the comments and you’ll be right for another few days!
