Well, it seems everything has kind of come at once. First off, I decided to buy a domain (well, I ended up buying two domains), jarryd.net and jarrydpage.org. I only bought the .org domain for my home internet, and because Zack said I needed to buy it with a mandatory /y folder (jarrydpage.org/y, duh!). I went looking for some webhosting before I went to work and I was going to eMax hosting because a few friends use them and they see them as being reliable, oh, and they did seem pretty cheap at the time. The only downside I had with eMax, was that they wanted you to use a “real” email (not the GMail one I use) and they also wanted to ring and confirm it’s all real. Well, I’m not too worried about the email or the ringing up part, it’s more my parents getting this call at some ungodly hour because they are from America.

Anyway, I was browsing the WHT forums and I remembered about a few ads that I had seen on the SA forums about Dreamhost and their WONDERFUL (hehe) savings because I was a goon. Well, I eventually went with them, I bought a year long hosting package with them for ~$10 (because of a coupon that was on the forums). That was around 3:30 this morning, and now you’re reading this :-)

Also! I was talking to Sian about her offers to some uni down in Melbourne and her scholarship in darwin, when she asked if I had been offered anything. Well, I was kind of expecting something to magically appear in the mail to say whether or not I was accepted. But alas, nothing happened. So I ventured over to the SATAC site today (trying to navigate that damn site is so hard, and :confusing:) and oh hey! I find that I was offered my course in the first rounds yesterday! THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW! So yes, kind of a happy day today :-D
